• I agree to abide by the law of the People's Republic of China.
• In the case of any injury or sickness, I will not hold ENC Abroad accountable.
• Due to the number of students, ENC Abroad reserves the right to change the itinerary.
• ENC Abroad's consultation of internship/job does not guarantee a job position or an internship.
• Student will pay all expenses on time
• I understand that ENC Abroad, for my benefit, is providing me with hospitalization insurance for six weeks.
• I understand any damages or loss to my personal belonging is of my own responsibility.
• I authorize ENC Abroad to take action, on my behalf, in case of an injury, emergency, political unrest or any other event that can be of harm to me. In taking these necessary actions, I will not hold encAbroad for their decision or actions.
• ENC Abroad is not responsible for any of my personal costs, and in the case of an emergency when one of the encAbroad staff lends me money, I am to reimburse ENC Abroad staff in the exact amount.
• I understand that ENC Abroad has the right to terminate my participation, without a refund, for not following the rules of BLCU or Shanghai Jiao Tong University, regularly missing classes, breaking any law of the People's Republic of China, and/or any behavior that may harm another student's welfare, interest, and/or comfort.

Refund Policy

• ENC Abroad strictly abides by these refund policies. Please read carefully, and if you have any questions, please send us an email at info@encabroad.org .

  1. Both the application fee and the deposit are non-refundable; however, both of these fees will be automatically deducted from your complete payment.
  2. 60 days before the start of the class, students will be able to obtain 100 percent of their refund back from their tuition (not including deposit and application fee).
  3. 30 days- 59 days before the start of the class, students will be able to obtain 80 percent of their refund back.
  4. 15 days- 29 days before the start of the class, students will be able to obtain 50 percent of their refund back.
  5. 14 days before the start of the class, students will NOT be able to obtain any refunds.
